How payment works

How payment works

    Pick a plan

    From 1 month to 1 year. The longer, the cheaper. Same features in all.

    Pay by UPI, card or net banking

    Payment happens on Razorpay’s secure page. Your card or UPI details never come to us.

    Starts right away, with a bill

    Your plan starts as soon as the payment is confirmed. The GST bill is on your billing page.

What happens when the plan ends?

No money is taken automatically. You go back to the free part: your test report, streak, mistake list and 10 questions a day continue. Buy a new plan whenever you want. It starts after the old one ends.

Payment questions

Can I pause my plan?
Yes. Exam over, unwell, or away for a few days: one button pauses your plan. Your remaining days stay safe and come back when you do, and your streak does not break. A longer plan earns more pause days; the days each term earns are written above with the prices.
The money was taken, but the plan is not showing.
The bank’s confirmation reaches us within a few minutes. Reopen the page. If it still does not show after half an hour, write to us with the payment ID. Every confirmed payment gets its plan, that is a promise.
Will money be taken every month automatically?
No. Every payment is one-time, for a fixed period. When the plan ends, nothing is taken. If you want to continue, you buy the next plan yourself.
Do I get a GST bill?
Yes, for every payment. See, download or print it on your billing page. The bill has your name and number.
What if I want a bigger plan in the middle?
You can. Pick the other plan on your billing page. The system handles the old and the new plan itself. You do not have to count anything. What you bought stays as it was.
What is the refund policy?
That is what the free week before payment is for, so you can try without paying. So plan fees are usually not refunded. Two exceptions: you were charged twice, or you paid and did not get the plan. In that case, write with the payment ID. The money goes back the same way it came. The full wording is in the terms.
Can I pause the plan and start again later?
A plan runs for its fixed period, and there is no pause option yet. If illness or some problem comes up, write to us. A person reads every case.
